Nationwide Shipping

Grants Gadgets LLC proudly ships to all 50 states across the United States. We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your machine tool accessories arrive safely and on time.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer the following shipping options:

3. Shipping Carriers

We ship via the following carriers:

  • UPS (United Parcel Service)
  • FedEx
  • USPS (United States Postal Service)

The carrier used will depend on the size and weight of your order, your location, and the shipping method selected. We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier for each shipment.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated after receiving your shipping confirmation.

5. Delivery Areas

We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States, including:

  • Continental US: Standard delivery times apply
  • Alaska & Hawaii: Additional 3-5 business days may be required; additional shipping charges may apply
  • PO Boxes: We can ship to PO Boxes via USPS only
  • APO/FPO: We ship to military addresses via USPS

Note: We do not currently offer international shipping. Contact us if you have special shipping requirements.

6. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.

7. Signature Requirements

For orders over $250, we may require a signature upon delivery to ensure your package is received safely. If you are not available to sign, the carrier will leave a notice and attempt redelivery. You may also be able to authorize a delivery release or pick up the package at the carrier's local facility.

8. Shipping Insurance

All shipments are fully insured at no additional cost to you. In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately so we can file a claim and arrange for a replacement or refund.

9. Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery:

  • Package Not Arrived: Check the tracking information first. If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors and building management. Contact us if you still can't locate your package.
  • Damaged Package: Take photos of the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Wrong Item: Contact us immediately, and we will arrange for the correct item to be shipped and provide a return label for the incorrect item.

10. Holidays and Delays

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's), shipping carriers may experience delays. We recommend ordering early during holiday seasons to ensure timely delivery.
