At Grants Gadgets LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our machine tool accessories and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them
  • Items must be in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation
  • You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt)

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, installed, or show signs of wear
  • Custom or special-order items made to your specifications
  • Items damaged due to misuse, abuse, or improper handling
  • Items returned after 30 days from the delivery date

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at dalesbauer9@gmail.com or call +1 229 466 0720 with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Await Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are handled as follows:

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: We will provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.
  • Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • Refused Deliveries: Shipping charges for refused deliveries will be deducted from any refund.

5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will send you an email notification confirming receipt of your return
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment
  • Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

6. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Items returned with missing parts or accessories
  • Items not in original condition or packaging
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery (at our discretion)

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please contact us at dalesbauer9@gmail.com. For exchanges due to size or other preferences, please return the original item and place a new order.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage and packaging
  • Keep the original packaging until the claim is resolved
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs

9. Order Cancellation

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times vary
